Thank you for shopping with Treatine. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International shipping is not currently available. If you’d like to ship outside the US, contact us at treatineusa@gmail.com and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Treatine is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at treatineusa@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Treatine is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
  3. Reach out to us at treatineusa@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume, weather events, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
